Indoor Sowing the seed = first day of the first week of veg?

Hi all,
Does sowing the seed equal the first day of the first week of growth? I'm trying to figure out when the second week would be so I can start feeding the girls.

the first sunday after the seeds come up so it fits nicely on the calander. If its a monday or tuesday then i'll stick em down for the sunday just passed. I'm not that fussy about the date and i try and let the plant tell me when it wants it's first feed, don't always go for 2 weeks, overfeeding early is a large cause of stunting. The trics tell ye when to chop.
