Seed Bank Southwest Bakery: Hit & Miss! Now more miss!

Hello all,

I wanted to add some Puff Puff Pass to my collection. I placed order for a couple packs to try out Southwest Bakery. I ordered and paid on a Sunday. Order was marked payment received Monday and I received tracking number. It actually shipped out Tuesday and got a few days later.

It went so smooth I placed second order for all the remaining packs I didn't get that were in stock. This too was on a Sunday. Come Tuesday my order still didn't show paid. I emailed just to make sure payment was set. I did not receive a reply but my order was updated to payment received and a tracking number was issued. This was now 10 days ago and package hasn't been turned over to USPS and my email inquiry about order left unanswered. This wasn't some exclusive drop or sale that left them overwhelmed with orders. It was just regular in stock stuff.

When I order for Mephisto or somewhere having a sale I understand processing time but this was just regular in stock stuff at regular price. Taking +13 days to ship doesn't meet my timeframe requirements and don't think I'll be ordering from them again. And frankly at this point, I am not sure I will see this order considering emails going unanswered. I will give it another week and do a CC chargeback if I don't see tracking update or email returned.

I had a fairly long processing experience with them once as well and the same no response from emails, but i eventually got my order so don't give up yet. Lol

Just an update. Today April 1st my package was turned over to USPS. So 19 days from order to ship. It's not the turn around that bothers me as much as the lack of replies to inquiries. If I got a reply that said behind on orders, I'll get out as soon as possible I would have been good

I just finished HULK x pebbles and got 5oz on a plant and it is excellent smoke. It seems that they have 1/3 of what they had with no new drops. I was thinking they were perhaps shutting down after he sells it all off.

So I got my package today. It had the 5 packs I ordered and a free pack of Hulk X Pebbles. That strain was sold out or I would have ordered. Olbobcat got me siked about that one now lol So all in all it took 24 days from order to receive. For US in stock it seems long but truth is, I am not going to be planting them in next couple weeks so it was never really about time. I was worried I would get them at one point but the lack of communications is a bummer. I am happy with order and ecstatic with freebies. So if they had some new strains drop that I wanted, I would probably order again and this time just buckle in and give them a month before I both to expect in mailbox. I am patient, I just prefer to know whats up.

I have no patience for what you went through.
