Yup that's what I did. But after trimming I soaked the buds in a bowl of 100ml 3% H2o2 and about 1-1.5 gl tap water. Go chlorine. Then I rinsed the hell out of the buds; i was as gentle as I could be and have checked the trichs. They are mostly intact. Once rinsed I filled the bowl with fresh water and weighed them down with a strainer with a mug inside it. Filled the mug with water and turned on the facet to the lowest possible trickle. That way the water would continually drain super slow. I did this according to the quick water cure method. But I only let it run for 4hrs. Being water conscious and all. (Sorry planet). I then drained the water. Rinsing again a few times. I placed the buds in a salad spinner and spun slowly. Did this a few times to insure as much water as possible came off the nugs. Again I checked the trichs. Looking good. Tough little basterds! I did lose some globes. Its okay though. There are millions more.
Then off to the bag. Olaced paper towel on the inside to absorb more water. Hung bag in my usual place for the first 8-12 hours. Then curing like normal.
I would never have done this if I wasn't all ready prepared, mentally, to toss the whole plant.
Depending on how this turns out, I will keep you all posted, I may use some of this tek in all my trimming endeavours.
