Sorry Muddy, I guess your just a popular guy:D, I tried to PM you but your inbox is full So I will just post it. Any one else can feel free to chime in, Or delete if you want.

Here is what I wrote..

Hey there Muddy, I have a few questions if you have time to answer them.... Like I said in a thread earlier I am going to try and grow some mi5 this year (my first autos) and was looking for some growing advise from you since you can pull 5oz/plant from them. I am planing on growing out doors in almost full sun light in 5-7 gallon holes. My soil will be a mix of 50-50 happy frog and ocean Forrest (witch I just drove 4 hours to buy) I also got the fox farm trio for nutes. I know fox farm has a suggested feeding scheduled for a 12 week harvest but mi5 finish quicker than that so any advise on feeding would be great. I also plan on getting reg seeds instead of auto so I can breed 1 of the females and not have to worry about mi5 seeds again for a several years. Do you see any mistakes im making? Is 5-7 gallon holes large enough? About the seed order, Where do you suggest I get em? I know attitude carries them but good god, I will be paying $100 for 10 seeds after there outrageous shipping, Any where cheaper on shipping? Thanks for any advise and all the time you spend helping newbies like me.

Hello Tommy1984, just a heads up on seed orders. Yes they are expensive and if they are coming from Europe, the Netherlands, etc. and need to clear customs, although I've been lucky and had no problems, I know other Brothers that have had the packages held up, returned or destroyed by customs. That said, don't let that be a fear factor. If it happens, let it go, don't kick up dust about it. Chalk the loss up to experience and try again. And if you get your beans...! In my opinion and (only my opinion), the best beans are coming from the Eu. In 60 yrs,one thing I learned to be true..."You pays yer money and takes yer chances." Good luck with all your endeavors, welcome to this AWESOME site, and grow 'em fat & full. Puff, puff, pass!

Hey fatswaller, Thanks for the response. Actually that is one of my fears, spending all that green and then not getting the beans, But hey, If I get them Im gonna breed a female so at least I wont have to order mi5 again.

Sorry about that. Cleaned up now.

Holes that big might be a little overkill, especially 7 gallon. 3 or 4 gallon would be fine, 5 max. Soil mix and nutes are fine. You can expect Mi5 to go the full 12 weeks, especially outdoors. Outdoors always seems to take a bit longer than indoors, most likely due to less light out than in.

I haven't bought any seeds since Dope-Seeds stopped shipping to the US. I know lots here have used Attitude and also Herbies with good success. Ten regulars shouldn't be much more than about $50.

Thanks for the replies and advise guys. So 5 gallon would be big enough for them to reach there full potentiality huh? Do you start counting 12 weeks from germination the time it breaks ground? or from I think there $52 on attitude muddy but the shipping is about the same. If I had more cash available Id just order 2 or 3 strains to make the shipping worth while. Thanks again.

yeah, i have considered buying three or four different packages at once to save shipping, but then considered if they were taken by customs all would be lost at once...where as if they are ordered separately there is a better chance most will not get caught but also a better chance one will...so it judgement call that would really depend on the price of shipping, but at the price you mentioned, that is a ridiculous charge...

I start counting from the time I put them into soil after a soak. To me it's easier since they all won't break the surface at the same time.
