Hi y’all
I’m just tired of spending all my money on weed and have decided to grow my own..
I live in Central Europe in a country which has continental climate.
I am planning on ordering from Royal Queen Seeds , 3X Easy Bud seeds,1X Royal Automatic,1X Quick One and 1X Diesel Automatic.
Growing inside is not an option for me since I live with my parents, but I have found a good spot, beside a river in a forrest, where really no one goes, because it’s a bit hard to reach and its near a really small vilage with little people, so humans won’t be a problem.
I’ve read a lot of your threads, but I need some advice on how to germinate the seeds outside from the beginning, since most of you start early indoors.
My plan is to plant the seeds at the end of April, when it will get fairly hot and the sun will shine a lot.
Since I dont have a big budget,my equipment would be some some mixed soil for flowers and mixing some nutrients into it and I was thinking 15L pots .
I know that if I dont put so much money into it I will have a smaller yield , but can I put the seeds in the 15L pots from the beginning till harvest?
I wont have so much time since I need to focus on my studies, but I will still be able to water them 2-3x times a week.
So I need some tips to the beginning, because I know that is the most important for the seeds and I want to do it right and overall all advices/tips are apreeciated.
Thanks in advance and good harvest for all of you!:)

I am strictly an indoor grower. First and formost. So take my opinion for what it is,,

I have grown RQS northern lights and quick one. Both were awsome!

Ive never had to start seeds outdoors, but if I was going to I would put my seeds in a root riot throw them in a zip lock bag and put them somewhere warm and shady.

After germ, I would also keep them in a shady spot for a week or so for them to adjust and then move them from there.

I'm no outdoor grower man, this is just me taking a stab in the dark. @912GreenSkell can you help point in the right direction.

Sounds like a plan . However animals like to disturb soil and the seedlings are vulnerable. It can work however is there no way for you to start them at home. And after 2 weeks put them in the spot . At that time they will be better equipped to handle the elements.
I germinate my seeds in a moist paper towel placed in a Ziploc container to hold the moisture . And once a tap root shows I plant in container root down and usually have a sprout within 3 days.

Unfortunatelty no , there is no way for me to start them inside :/
I will germinate them the same way and as soon as they sprout I will take them out to their final place.

Germinating in the great outdoors can be tough....tiny sprouts are so vulnerable when they are under 7 days old. Before anything....tell us about your weather when you are planning to germinate. If possible post a min/max temp for your area for the summer months. Young seedlings wont do well if you plant during a cool time of the season...seriously it can mean the difference between 2 grams and 2 ounces.

@912GreenSkell I live in Hungary , now it is around 15-20C at day and around 10-12C at night.
Im planning to plant them out around 2-3 weeks from now so thats a +7-10C.
I have bought a mini greenhouse so while they are seedlings they will be in there and I will close it up for the first week or so.
Im now debating about whether I should plant them in the ground or in 10L pots.

The weather seems just fine for you to plant in a couple of weeks. Whether in pots or in natural ground soil is a tough call to make...alot depends on the natural ground. Drainage and PH are the two key factors. Becuase you havent tried it before....if you have a PH meter and the soil reads close to the optimal PH (5.8-6.4), then i would certainly go for it!! But again because you havent tried the natural soil before i would play it safe and run one or two in there and see how they do, before going all in.

To eventually become a master grower, you have to do more than master the plant...you need to be the master of your own individual climate and conditions. Thats the real trick, and depending on your own individual climate, its something that could take years to do!
