Must be something is going on. One seed bank in UK changed shipping methods a few months back. And prices seem high to me given the near deflation in UK.

Could it be a subtle message that soon seeds will be breed, sold and taxed in US.

Like you say--nam--makes little sense in the big picture. They should devote time to dangerous drugs/chemicals etc. What a country. Maybe the new agents start in the low level areas to make their bones and this bunch is aggressive--lol. In a pinch you do know where to get seeds---!!

i don't use tracked shipping. Let's let a computer scan the package and instantly know where it came from, and where it is going. A simple programming to automaticly have the automated sorting line kick out every package from a certain shipping address into the "random" inspection area.
