So, like a dark rust color? Lighter around the perimeter I'm guessing?So.

Ph 5.6-5-9 typically 5.8 on the dot
Reservoir temp is a tad high around 73°f but roots are happy.
Humidity is low room temp is fine.
She has had dark rust spots coming up since she was young. Like bumper rust dark. All over only the big fan leafs. Not the bud leafs or sugar leafs at all.
Have changed my cal mag. Fed it more fed it less. Nothing helped.
Shes about halfway through flower. Mostly prays even though she is spotty. She is a giant and a thirsty gal. 3-5 liters a day.
Apx size is 4x4x4. Very long sativa leafs and colas. Beautiful plant. Just cant get the rust issue to stop.

That's rust. It's a fungus, and can really spread. Even with lower RH, some plants can be susceptible. A copper or sulfur based fungicide will hold it back, I'd wipe it rather than spray it. Any fans (it'll hit them first) that are covered inspots I'd trim and burn.
Not the end of the world, but just like any spore driven bastard you'll need to sterilize you're space.
