I think you have it pretty well nailed down, Brother.
If I understand, multiple cups are now allowed, but the root mass must all remain in a single cup (like @green genes).
The last one did run long, but unless that's a problem I thought it was fine.
On the clone, I'm not sure Does it give an advantage to not germinate from seed would be my question.
Lastly, just a single gal per entry, or allow multiple germs, with a single plant to be picked after a month or so in case anyone wants to go with regular autos

Good call. Plant picked by feb 14th. For those wanting to run non fem autos. Very fair by me.
