Addition info : I did get some slight leaf bleaching when I had the light too low. I now have a light rail and can have it very low with no negative results.

It also has Two built-in 15 watt T8 Fluorescent light tubes for the UV-B plants require to boost crop potency. You actually switch from veg mode to bloom then finish with the T8.
Veg Mode: High levels of blue and deep blue balanced with red and deep red delivers massive vegetative growth without stretching
Bloom Mode: Intense levels of red and deep red balanced with blue and deep blue delivers enhanced bloom with excellent crop quality
UVB for the finishing phase delivers further boost in crop potency
