New Grower soil question

I was told by one reply I got that I should go with the sunshine #4 mix. I'm doing two think different plants in 5 gallon smart pots under a 400 watt hps. I'm thinking of building a cab 6 ft high 3 ft deep and 3 ft wide. Does this sound right as far as the cab size go? And I'm doing the grow with no nutes, though I do gave big bloom and cal mag if needed. Can I get some opinions here

Think Different gets pretty big so with your 5 gal pots two plants will take up that space.If you want your plants to grow to there full potential you swill need to use nutes at some point especially during flowering.

If you use sunshine mix you will certainly need nutes. From what I understand it is very very light and more of a grow medium than soil. Im using it and have been adding nutes since week 3 with pretty good results I think (1st timer)

Hi G If you use Sunshine#4, you are going to want to use nutes, as it only has myco bacteria in it. Of course, if you're mixing a hotter soil with other ammendments, belay my last lol
And, as far as the cab, build it as high as you can. Then, if you get a sativa/lanky pheno, you've got vertical wiggle room. Those TDs can get big, from what I've seen Best to you!

So what is a good soil to go with, I'm open to suggestions. And what are some cheap effective nutes to go with??? Is this going to be enough room for them?
