Soil PH or Nutrient Issue?

With all that peat plus the perlite you added it’s probably a pretty good mix actually.
Nailed it! Go very easy on nutrients, or even lay off any additional nutrients for 1-2 weeks, continue to work on your watering protocol, and I think you will keep seeing improvements.

good luck!

Ok great. Fingers crossed :D

Yeah I'll give it rest for a week or so. Would you suggest flushing it as well?

Just on a side note. How much nutrients should I be giving at this stage (week 7). I'm still a bit confused.

This was my original feeding schedule.

1ml/L Grow - General Hydroponics
1ml/L Micro - General Hydroponics
1ml/L Bloom - General Hydroponics
1ml/L CalMag

Should I half eveything and also remove the CalMag?

Thanks for your help so far

Hello dont flush soil you will give your self more problems it will put every thing out off balance. What does your feed chart say to feed and what is your EC with that feed schedule :thumbsup:

Ok no problem. Again I'm slightly confused with things I've read about feeding.

I've attched pictures of the feed charts from the back of the bottle. It says the following:

Preflowering
Grow - 1.5mL/L
Micro - 1.5mL/L
Bloom - 1mL/L

Flowering
Grow - 0.7mL/L
Micro - 1.4mL/L
Bloom - 2.1mL/L

Ratio (NPK)
Grow = 3-1-6
Micro = 5-0-1
Bloom = 0-5-4

I've read that you should always half the amount as its usually for photoperiods. Is that right?

Also at week 7 would they be in the preflower or flowering stage?

Sorry for all the questions

Ok great. I'll give them 1-2 weeks and then return to nutes at half strength.

I have a PH pen but no sure if it's accurate enough?

Amazon product

My tap water is around 7.5

This leads me onto my next question. Should I leave the water as it is (7.5) or increase the PH slightly to balance my low PH soil (5.5).

Or do think if I stop adding nutes for 1-2 weeks it will naturally bring up my soil PH?

Hello have you got any calibration fluid for your ph pen to check see if it is on point cheap pens are not the best they dont read accurate as i found out when i first started i went through loads of ph issues then got a blue lab pen it was a game changer no more ph probs.i would water at about 6.2 ph. You should be feeding/watering feed/water/water feed un less your plant looks hungry then feed/water/feed or if over fed feed/water/water/water/feed
Hope this helps

Brew your self a compost tea or buy pre powdered microbes like Recharge. Feed that once a week and your PH issues will disappear. Let the microbes do there job.
Chances are they will sort all your issues out.
