I'm going to be using some KS .... I think............Can I plant the AF seedling directly into a 5 gal pot?Can anyone tell me what's the preferred method -Thanks in advance
I've planted auto seedlings in 7gal root pots, as long as you water correctly (root pots help stop over watering from occuring) & make sure to keep the temp and humidity regulated you should be able to. I have a Beary White from Mephisto that has just started to show it's 2nd or 3rd leaf set (it's a second run of this strain for me and I'd highly recommend it. )

Sorry for the photo quality it was snapped while watering and had no lens filter/ didn't feel like turning the lights off

I am a total newbie, but from what I've read on supersoil is that plants grow more slowly VS liquid nutes... Which I can't image would be good for an auto with a fixed life cycle...again I am new with little experience, none with auto's, so plz dont STONE me (or do, lol), but it just sounds counterintuitive....

Thoughts?
In my experience a "Water Only" soil can match or outperform liquid nutrients BUT:

1. You have to give the plant enough soil, as you can only put so much nutrient into a given amount of media
2. Not all the "supersoils" on the market are the same. I've heard mixed results so you'll want to run your own trials or find out from people who have tried them.

My buddy recently ran 3 different "supersoils" in a side by side and I'm hoping he will put out a white paper on it, but some of his yields were above 60 grams/square foot.

Post the link if he does.. Would definitely make for a good read...

Did you buddy ever do post a review on those soils?
