New Grower SOG question

I have a couple questions regarding lighting & SOG method. First, how many mature plants can I reasonably get with a 400 w convertible MH/HPS light,and how much floor space would it require (I have 10x10 room)? And when I do AF-SOG what light would be best, or would I still use the convertible light for the vegetative & flowering stages? Thanks in advance for any help I can get.
