Indoor SOG plants stunted when closer together

planting close together forces plants to grow smaller??!?

ive done 2 sogs recently in bags, like 10 20 plants a bag.

both times i had results like that

one bag has 2-3 females only, they grow massive like 2 hands tall after a month

one bag has 10 plants, they grow big like one hand and a half

one bag has 15 plants really close and packed, they stay at least half as small as the two other bags! like less than one hand tall! its weird!

I think i know what it is! contact between leaves forces plants to be much smaller??? wtf?

also i planted 40 regular seeds and got 7 males and 33 females!!! chuffed? i think there is something odd happening there!

anything planted that close together will naturally be smaller because there fighting each other for air, light ,and nutriants. 33 females out of 40 seeds is quite a high ratio but that could be good or bad depending what your looking for.
