Yup, Had that happen to me a while ago. I've heard they turn out freaky if you let them go.
I threw mine away and sowed another seed

Self topping is for older plants. How old is it? This one is just a mutant. My experiences with mutants is let them grow if you have the time and space but don't expect a lot of weight off of them. They can grow real awesome flower though. If it's young enough it could just grow out of it on its own

How old is it?

about 2-3 weeks above ground.
Might have room to keep it with my other ugly plant I made by throwing pollen, that one is tall this should fit right under it.

I just harvested such a plant , a Green Crack from FB. I almost tossed it too, till I seen the swelling just below the fan leaf. Then a crack along the stem showed , and a main cola peaked out a couple days later. Finished completely normal and currently hanging in my dry box. Glad I took a photo.Good luck.

Don’t toss them! I had a mutant glue gelato self top, this it how it’s turned out so far…
