Growing Method/Ingredients: Soil, mostly Organic. 2 gal Smart Pots (cloth),
OF, Rare Earth, Perlite, Sunleaves Soil Sweetner (Pulverized lime). 100w UFO LED/regular 26w CFL's. General Organics: BioThrive Grow/Bloom, CaMg+, BioBud, BioRoot, BioWeed. Hi-Brix Molasses (Earthjuice). GH's KoolBlooms (non-organic ingredient). No PH adjusting was done. Water = 1 gallon, bottled distilled water, PH around 7.0-7.2.
Bubbled Hi-Brix for 24 hrs typically, added GO's before pouring, fed plant every 5 days approx.
Yield: VERY small, about 10-13 grams of thick, extremely gooey/sticky bud, from one plant, which was only about 6"-7" tall. You will only get one 4-6" cola that is very fat and full of shiny resin, and is very thick/solid for a leafy Ryder variety. Keep in mind I stunted her as a seedling, I am currently growing two more which are in the seedling stage (4 days).
Harvested roughly 48 days from sprout! I could've easily waited another week, max, she was coloring-up and stopped packing it on.
Taste/Smell: Distinct, I can't describe it exactly, it's a strong, smooth tasting strain that leaves a room filled with its odor after smoking it, for some time. In that sense, a typical direct Ryder variety/descendant. The plant itself smelled sweet/citrusy upclose or to the touch.
High: Very narcotic, 1-3 hits and you're completely couch locked, heavy indica body stone with some disorientation. Some anxiety due its strong effect. I have to warn people not to smoke too much of it at once, as it creeps up in 5-10 min's, and even after an early harvest, lasts 1.5-2 hours or longer. Easily one of the most potent autos, fantastic quality, extremely medicinal for those who need/want that. Pretty good sleep aid.
Summary: Super fast, very small, potent strain, could be really interesting to see what people can do by cross-breeding it, it is absolutely the shortest/fastest plant I know of to-date?
Grow 3-4 or more at a time for a worthwhile yield, but it's fun to stick one or two in the middle of your grow and get a nice, fat cola bud or two of some really choice, potent bud.
A boon to micro/closet/stealth and medicinal growers - a revolutionary plant like the LR2 possibly. Betty Boo has to be the easiest plant to grow, and one of the most enjoyable to watch transition week-to-week.
