Fuck knows. The last of my black market bag. Could be anything.
Can anyone offer some tips on how to more effectively cover/hide the smell from a grow tent?

I have a small setup with a single plant. Today is day 19 and already I'm starting to notice the smell.

I have a 6" carbon filter and a 6" Extraction fan. If I stand in the room where the tent is, the smell is not immediately noticeable, but after a few minutes, it's detectable.

I thought about getting some of those ona gel things for the other rooms, as I expect the smell will only get stronger. Controlling the smell inside the house isn't the problem, but what concerns me however, is the exhaust. If I am pumping stinky air outside, that's not good. Cutting a hole in the ceiling isn't an option. Is there anything more I can do here to hide the smell?

a very sensitive nose or you have a real stinker on your hands.6" kit and only day 19,in theory if the can/fan is working there shouldnt be a smell.fans not on backwards ? ive done it myself.
:pighug:

Put the ona after your filter will disguise the remaining odour. Vanilla extract on lightbulbs in the house, start using incense (get different aromas) even when not burning neighbors will think you are. I'm sure there is more. Get a low odour plant next time, berry genetics aren't strong smelling or citrus smelling.

Though I bought an Air Purifier mostly for harvest, I certainly use it if things get a little funky in general.

The 6" fan/filter should handle one plant with no problem. Especially one that is only 19 days old. Something doesn't seem right. Double check that the CFM rating for the filter is higher than that of the fan.

Yeah.. something isn't adding up here.. A 6in carbon filter attached to a 6" inline fan should easily cover one plant. Ive been using the same 6in cf and fan for almost a year and run multiple plants and haven't had the slightest order leak. How old is the carbon filter? Do you have a speed controller connected? Maybe even post a pic? That set up should be more than enough to mask one young plant.
