Sorry for the confusion...I meant if you added filtered ventilation to the garage to help with the issue that you would need to check the filter regularly on it.

I'm coming up to the flowering stage now and my hubbabubbas are stinking lol fine when the tent is closed but after opening it the smell is really strong then when I leave my garage the smell leaks out and im worried about neighbours having a wiff of it. Any ideas on how to tackle this?

I understand the issue. I go with ona pro blocks and I have a fresh one and other old withered ones on the go all the time. Though your garage can end up smelling of fresh linen...

I've got an old one that in going to chop up to see if it will enhance the smell a bit
But going to but a new one as I'm going to be drying in my house (paper bag method)

bumping an old thread but wondering if these ona things will work enough in a closed room? i have my tent in a room with a mini split aircon, so im worried when i open my tent to feed my babies the little bits of smell that escape will get sucked into the aircon and leak the smell to the outside world.

still a few weeks atleast before i have to deal with smell, i already have a 6 inch charcoal filter in the tent but yeah, bit concerned for any other smells escaping into the aircon.

so would ona work? or would i be best off just getting another filter to run outside the tent in the room near the aircon with a fan attached to it that i can turn on when i go inside the tent?

i plan on turning off the aircon anyway when i go in the tent but yeah, just freaking a bit!

ONA is some pretty powerful stuff man, I've used the Fresh Linen scent and the regular ONA scent in both misters, gel form, and concentrate liquid form. First and foremost, a properly sized and setup carbon scrubber is going to do more for your cannabis smells than anything will. That said, ONA is a great secondary measure and it's very powerful stuff. The mist cans come with a caddy with a timer so they will spray out a mist every X minutes, the gel (quart size) works best by having a light fan blowing over the top of it (it's an essential oil product,) and the concentrate is primarily used to reconstitute the gels. I've heard some people claim ONA has tainted their buds; personally I have sat quart jars with concentrate added RIGHT next to flowering buds and RIGHT inside a huge tent of drying buds and man, never once did I taste ONA in my stuff or smell it after words. That said, worst case and not wanting to take a chance, stick it outside your tent to catch any off smell.

cheers mate yeah its just over here its harder to get, gotta get it off ebay and its a bit pricey lol. will be for outside tent as i have a carbon scrubber inside the tent already. i think the ona stuff should do the job for the times i have to open the tent so will get some and give it a go
