Indoor Smartpot Size & Feed Schedule

Hello,

I'm hoping to get some help in fine tuning things. I'm only looking for a rough idea. I'll be growing in coco, with 2 x T5 strip lights at 50W and a CFL bulb at 125W for the first two weeks and then 600W MH/HPS bulbs for the rest of the time and remos nutrients. The climate will be controlled within the proper ranges for each cycle. I posted the strains I'll be growing below. I was wondering what would be better, a 3 gallon or 5 gallon smart pot? The first week I water with 250ml of very mild nutes at day 4 and then the first week recommendation at day 10.

At what week can I increase the feed to 500ml and then with the 20% runoff? I'd like to do feed + feed + water during the week but also trying to maintain a proper wet dry cycle. What would be a rough weekly schedule for feed/water based upon using a 3 or 5 gallon smart pot.

First couple of times I water my Coco smart pots to some run off and if ph is stable, I change to a quart - quart and a half per day or every two days, weather dependent. I have used 10 gallon, 7 gallon, 5 gallon (my favorite when space available) 3 gallon (currently using) and some 2 gallons soon. I super-charge first watering with Cal Mag and Rhizotonic and also use those two for the first two weeks or so. Low doses.
