First off anyone reading this thanks a bunch already this site rocks. newbie mc noobster here lol.But feel I've learnt bucket loads just from this site already so thanks again. So the plan is simple lol finally I'm in the right place (house wise not mentally or nothing lol) to get my grow on. Reason I haven't done it already is I'm looking to do half indoor half outdoors so MR b is waiting on the bloody weather which sucks but suppose it gives me plenty of time to plan. So here it is peeps any help would be amazing thanks

Looking to do 3 runs all consisting of 3 plants each run so lets say 2-3 weeks indoors (slowly introducing them out side through week 2 to 3) then chuck them outside in a greenhouse till they finish up. So lets say 3 plants started on the 16th of may indoors for 3 weeks which would be the 6th of June, then the next 3 plants straight in they would go outside 27th of June which leaves the last 3 plants which would be started on the 27th of June lets say 10-11 weeks from the seed that would end up at the 5th of September so I feel that would be the optimal window for success for outdoors with this setup nearly forgot to mention my latitude is 51. Hope this all makes sense lol

will be using
-Plagron light mix
-Advance nutrients (tangs easy feed schedule)
-plain old tap water left to sit for 24hrs (need to test ph still)
-15l airpots
-300w marshydro led old style or reflector not sure? also would this light be enough to get good enough growth on 3 plants from seed for 2-3 weeks till they go outside help would be appreciated.

starting indoors
grow cabinet height 55in,width 40in, depth 32in
plants to be kept in here for 2-3weeks
so couple questions with this one folks lets say temps are what they should be marshydro 300w in there and a fan to create some airflow would I need any proper ventilation seeing as they will only be in there for 2-3 weeks. would not opening the door a good few time a day sort that out for how early on the growth is and the light would be on 24hrs for them 2-3weeks just to try and maximise growth for the short period indoors.

Outside they will live in here

hope that works if not dimension of greenhouse are H187cmxW121cmxD185cm seems big enough for 9 plants and they will be put in late at night and brought out into the garden at like 6-7am everyday and also brought in if the weathers crap that way I can keep to the feeding and watering schedule as best I can.

Flipping heck that was a battle to write lol. so that's it folks hope this makes some sort of sense to one of you guys out there. no doubt more questions will arise but lets leave it at that for now lol
Firstly does this sound anyway like a good plan which may actually work Any advice would be truly appreciated and hopefully soon enough I hope I can contribute to the site with a grow journal for you guys. all I can say is roll on summer.

Peace

Should work fine ... practice getting a fast start during the first 3 weeks w/ light 24/7 ... put them outside as little bushes and they'll do great ... need to wait til spring has sprung before the first plants go outdoors ... I'd start the first round a little early since it won't matter if they are a little bigger when they go outdoors ... if they are closed up tight indoors they won't grow as fast as if they have some ventilation .... try opening the door regularly on the first run and see if that is enough ...
:hookah:

Waiting to put them ou t till the show sex is a must. At least where I'm at. Im going to start a week earlyer than I did last year. That would put them at 4 weeks old

Cheers for the warm welcome everyone. You guys rock! thanks Chester and sour for the advice it makes complete sense for the girls to show their bits off and then let them do their thing in the greenhouse. girlfriends going to love the smell wafting through the house by week 4 haha. And 3 runs lol If she starts moaning ill just say but its the way to do it babe...sourdough and chester said so. but all joking aside theirs a couple things bugging me which i just cant nail any more info would be appreciated.

1.indoor cabinet in feet
height- 4 1/2 or 5 1/2 can be either
depth- 3
width- just over 3

so with this cabinet

A) was going for 300w marshydro ebay one but then decided to up it to the 600w mars http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Mars-600-...534890?hash=item4ad32d33ea:g:AXwAAOSwFNZWvt9u

so what I'm basically asking is would this light in this space be good enough to get a good standard of growth on 3 plants by week 4.

B) assuming this light is ok for the room

would the light make this size cabinet have heat issues
would two 6 inch clip on fans or even 3 be enough for air flow and temp control
can open cabinet door several times a day can even be left open for long periods if need seeing as the light would be on constantly anyway. but would I still need to push air in or out using extraction this is the main part I cant nail.
If needed hole in cabinet ceiling can be hulk smashed through to get access to loft so any advice on this would be highly appreciated.

C) last question then I will stop pestering you guys but no promises lol.
paper towel method to start seed.... gotcha
water pots and let to sit for A.how long B.how much water through pot before seeds transplanted in.
and finally how much water straight after seeds directly planted into medium.

seriously guys best site already by a country mile any help on these little issues would just about clear the whole thing up. next step is to spend all my pennies and get experimenting woop woop! cant bloody wait!

Peace.

Either light should do the job but the 600 would give you better results overall and if you decided to flower in the cabinet the extra light would be great but more light more heat ... the 300 would veg 3 plants very nicely and flower one plant well if your operation changed ... if you expect heat to be an issue go w/ the smaller light ...

I like to soak a seed in water for 24 hrs prior too planting ... when I put the seed in to soak I would fill the lower half of the pot w/ damp soil and the upper half w/ dry soil ... fill to top of pot and make sure you put it together right side up ... some times I wait till the seed germinates / sometimes not ... make a small hole 1/4" deep in soil ... pour seed into hole and cover ... keep spot damp w/ spoonfulls of water until seed breaks ground ... at 4 days above ground begin training roots to grow out and down to fill the pot ...

I think your plan sound good. Not sure bout small cab and heat. When I plant a seed I water the plant and let the water drain out in the pan or what not then you plant your seed so you don't have to water for a while... And mess with the seed till its established. I will use a spray bottle to keep the soil moist.

well that clears that up cheers folks. just had a good Idea for the light/heat problem. I might as well buy two 300's which I feel will give me more control with light penetration (angling lights on the grow) than one 600w and if the heat issue gets to much I can always pull a light out. Does this sound like a good idea or am I sitting here way too stoned overthinking everything lol

Sounds like a good plan to me...just about same light wattage going 2x300 or 1x600 plus you can move the single lights around or remove one like you said.
