Hi guys, I have grown these two strains for the last months, and this is the final seed from each seed pack, decided to grow them side by side under the same exact conditions. These are the following:
1. 28 L smartpots
2. Soil, mix of my own with 50% peat moss - 30% perlite - 20% EWC.
3. Dolomite lime
4. Added recovered rain water during two days to moisten the soil and check pH, sits at 6.6-7.0
5. Each plant under a 135W UFO LED + 105W CFL on the side, in a 1.6x1.4x0.6 m tent
6. Both seeds germinated directly on soil, popped up both at the 5th day
7. pH'd water til day 7-8 then will start compost teas
8. Plan to LST as usual

TD popped a few hs before and is more leggy, WW a little bit later:

Day 10 and both are on their way, had to rectify the leggy one with some added soil haha, brought down the LEDs (now at 50 cm.), and I am brewing now some N-charged tea for tomorrow's first feed

As you may see I'm pulling them down & started heavier LST now. Nice to see the quick reaction with all the stems exploding in growth. So I have rewarded my girls with some nice n fresh tea.

Temps are 22C
RH 43%
Soil pH: struggling to keep it low, still at 7.5 ish.

Adding vinegar to watering and trying to lower it a little bit (ideally).

I think I added to much dolomite at the beginning fearing pH drops that I've had before...anyway, the ladies look healthy and will keep a close eye

Hi guys, hope you're having a nice weekend. Me, I'm just waking and baking to a lovely spring morning!

Heavy LST is being done, as usual with pipe cleaners, and lots of bud sites spreading around, so happy overall.

Some more feeding with compost tea, soil pH is a little bit below 7.5.

Temps are gonna get around 30C this weekend so will probable add some air conditioning, will see.

Have a good one!

Hi guys, Day 33 here, both girls are happy but clearly TD is leading the way over the WW. She is a vigorous grower, and stretches out quickly. Here you see both of them:

WW is shorter, slower, and has shorter
internodal space:

Hi guys, been busy as hell lately, couldn't post much. Now having a well deserved friday vape [emoji41]
My two beauties are doing great, TD clearly leading the way, very bushy, WW smaller and shorter but looking healthy, both entering flower stage and slowing their vertical growth.

Some slight clawing in the WW but temps have also been well into the 30's so it may well be that.
Both plants are receiving home brewed compost tea, made with EWC from my own compost and mature horse manure in recovered rain water. So some extra-stregthened with N.
I think next week I'm switching to flowering teas, again with my own EWC and some volcanic ashes for extra K and P

Have a nice weekend!
