Sick Plant(s) Slight Yellowing leaves (magnesium/manganese)

it dont look like just mag deficient to me

look like n on lower growth what ph is the runoff?

its most probs under or overfeeding (as they show the same symptoms)

or ph

if alga is organic id keep the runoff ph at 6.1-6.5

hi, thanks for the reply agito.
my soil had only 1 week feed in it, and yea there organic nutrians, i did feed them 3.5ml with 5Lt water and it burned the tips of the leaves (bottle says 4ml per 1lt), the first time they yellowed i knew they needed N, but when i feed they burn, and the problem isnt fixed,
im feeding them at very small doses, maybe 1ml per 5lt. my runoff was about 6.6 or thereabouts it wasnt much when i flushed 6.5.
so you think i should give them a higher dose of grow or bloom nutes? (both contain N, but seeing as there on there 4th week should i use the bloom)
cheers!

Do not feed anymore as there's a deficiency and it will make the prob worse get some Epsom mixed up and foiliar feed mate and watch for improvement;-)

hi dmc, il keep an eye on your plants, i dont know where to buy cal mag here in ireland. also epsom salts is magnesium shouldnt that be bad if it was a manganese deficiency? i dont wanna give my plants anything untill im completely sure.

id go with the grow nutes first
they look like organics if so you might be confusing starvation with overfeeding i can not imagine they would burn under 1ml litre that does not seem right to me in light mix at week 3

you can also get yellow spots if you are spraying the leafs when lights are on it could make burn spot's :pimp:that happen to me. i would stop spraying the leafs and let her dry out and then hit her with a full dose of nut, but that's just me :smokebuds:good luck hope the best for you :pimp:

thank you for reply agito. il feed them later on today, the soil has dryed up abit for there next watering, they seem to be growing at at good paste, just the colour is whats getting me. what should i look out for when i do feed them, should they revive back within 1 week?, and if i see excess burn on tips what will i do or would that be due to them starving taking the stuff from the leaves?

thank you longcanon, i didnt realise that now, i usualy folliar feed them when i water them to keep the leaves from drying, would it be a bad thing to folliar feed them when they havnt been watered i.e folliar feed them when lights are off?

7-10 days deficient should stop spreading around the plant and it should green up a bit as well but give them a good feed but let the soil dry bone dry before water

if the leaf curl like a rams horn then hold back on nutes but its harder to hit that stage with organics
