@arquette You have not fed that plant anything since sticking the seed in the ground?
I am seeing what looks like a calcium and phosphorous deficiency but I need better pictures taken in 5000K (daylight) with the grow lights turned off. I also need to see the whole plant. If like you say you have not fed anything other than water, and you did not add anything to the soil before you planted the seed then this would be a true deficiency. You need to feed a good balanced fertilizer to the soil.
Do not attempt to change the soil PH rapidly you will just make things worse, feed at PH 6.4.
You may need to get your well water tested for Ag use.
