Soil medium + feeds should stay between 6.2 and 6.8, I start to the low side, and will be well over 6.5 in flower, P&K require a slightly higher pH to uptake.

There are soil meters available, but a slurry test (equal parts soil from pot and the water you use) will let you see what's going on in the root zone. Ph can be raised by either amending the soil, or you may be able to correct by slight over adjustments in your feeds.

with this help it has kind of opened my eyes to this is most likely my problem for almost my whole grow I have had weeks that look semi healthy and some weeks that they look like they have been through the ringer. But it has been up and down my entire grow. I can almost say that it has been a bit of a ph problem.

I check at the start, again when the puff balls show up, and again towards the end of flower. As things in the soil break down, it tends to draw the soil to the acidic side, if your watching regularly, you can compensate and stay in the range.
If I see issues, it's my first step.

Finding your style will be the hardest part of being a grower. Many styles work well, even while we growers argue which is best. The answer is what works best for you. You could duplicate my setup exactly, but your not here, a strain that grows bonkers for me might give you fits there, just due to environmental conditions.

When I originally posted to the thread, I went to the promix website, I believe the idea is that the medium is supposed to be pHing 7 out of the bag, low pH feeds put that around 6.5 averaged in the root zone.
But if the pH has slid down, or was always low, and then your feeding low...

Even with brands I trust, bags are tested for pH prior to starting seeds. Lost seeds and wasted time get on my nerves.

It was me that told him the ph range suggested by promix guys themselves.
As i understand it the ph out of the bag will be low. Water it to activate the lime and it will raise. They dont want the lime being used up in storage so they bag it dry.
Having said that i had no luck in that range on my test plant. Next one i will run at the proper soil range not as they suggested to me.

Okay so I finally got my Bluelab Soil Pen and yesterday when I watered before I tested soil I did a little trial and error type deal and just went ahead and did a feed at 6.6. After waiting the 24 hours they recommend before testing the soil all three of my girls tested between 5.8 and 6. Not sure if the higher ph made things worse or better. They were consistently getting yellow and burnt at a pretty slow speed. But after my feed yesterday and checking in today things seem to have gotten worse Quick but I am at this point not so sure if it is as much PH as it is my MegaCrop because I stopped Bud Explosion thinking this was the problem and added 1 more gram of MC than I originally was yellowing and burning seems to have turbo boosted along with clawing lower foliage. Which is dumb wish I would have just changed PH and not messed with my nutes and went from there now it’s a toss up if it was the nutes or PH. But honestly it’s a learning curve and also me getting ahead of my self. Next grow will be a little more relaxed and not so pressured have definitely learned a bunch that’s for sure!

So question is if I am at 5.8-6.0 in my root zone should I continue to bump my feeds PH gradually to get to that sweet spot?

I would, this is like driving a large ship. What happened last week is showing today, and, your corrections will do the same... turn the boat now, it responds...slowly. damage will not go away, we're looking for it to stop progressing.

Thank you brother! Do greatly appreciate your time and knowledge. We will be headed for that 6.5 zone. Next feed we will go for a feed PH of about 6.8 I think and see what impact it has on my next soil test and see what kind of impact it has after that it should be some what a math problem to gauge what my feed PH needs to be at.
