Hey guys,a new member here,im looking for some help to identify the problem with these auto flowers please?,thanks

Problem: Plants look unwell, curling leaves, burnt leaf tips, stunted growth,it happened after a heavy rainfall
-Medium/grow method: canna light mix soil with perlite
-Feed and supplements used: bottled water for the first 18 days,,after heavy rainfall and they dried out i fed them 1ml to 1l water with ph of 6.5 using canna veg nutrients,2 litres divided between 4 plants.
-Water source: bottled drinking water
-Strain and age 2 haze xxl auto,1 blue kush auto and 1 blue cheese auto, all plants are 21 days old
-Climate: sunny about 27 degress,,always have them in full sun
- Light used: outdoors
-Additional info: after the plants were exposed to heavy rain they slowley started to show signs over a few days, wilting leaves, twisted dark green leaves,i let the plants dry out after the rain and gave them the first feed of 1ml canna veg to 1l bottled water, since then they have reacted badly, some more than others,i thought it could be nute toxicity so i flushed the pots with ph balanced water, after a day or 2 i measured the ph of the soil and it was 5.0,i flushed again using water of 6.5 ph and measured the run off till it matched 6.5,,im not sure what caused this to happen?,mabye the rain fall changed the ph in the soil?,,any help would be much appreciated.Thank you.

Can you provide a little info on the medium? I've never heard of Canna light mix soil.

I'm leaning toward Sun/physical damage after the rains and such,... No more flushing, and get feeds going again.. give them a week and see if things progress...
