So as you can see, the leaves are turning yellowish and withering away...started about couple of weeks ago with the bottom leaves and now spreading to the top. Could it be root rot? I was going to wait a week to harvest, even if she's still little raw, but now I don't know if I can wait that long... Please tell me what to do? Thank you!

She is coming to her end, nothing to get overly worried about. Harvest at your expected time. My last girl didn't have any fan leaves by the time she was harvested!
I got the same going on right now with one. the fans all died but she isnt ready yet still alot of clear trichs on her.

She just looks hungry, she could be coming to the end but with out little more info very reluctant to say.
What you feeding and how? And what week are you on from the seed spouting?

Looks like you had problems early on based on the way she grew.

Have you checked the trichomes?

It doesn't look like senescence to me but an issue that caused chlorosis.

Good point, a little flowering nutes probably wouldn't hurt at this stage to finish her.

Taking a second look at the pistils in the pic tells me there is probably more than a week to go, they are just turning orange.

She's almost 11 weeks old. I stopped feeding around two weeks ago. I used some random P&K nutrient but realized that I should have given some N also, but that's little late for that I guess.

Yes, I had issues in the beginning. This project went so horribly wrong in many ways that I'm just happy that she's alive and maybe I can get a small yield at least.

Yep sounds like she is coming to an end. Give her a lite feed and maybe chop her in about a week.
Chalk it up as lessons learned and aim to smash it out of the park on your next run.
Get a journal going from the start on you next grow and we can help you through it to a successful harvest.
