What’s he going on about? Can’t understand a word...Trust me mate i’m from the west country and we have the same problem except for us it’s worse coz we use the same words as the rest of england but no bugger seems to understand us when we say them unless we’re putting on our best midlands impression.
Some people down in cornwall who speak the cornish/ english dialect round there can only be understood by people from round there, or celtic language people seem to understand like the islanders and some parts of scotland and ireland
I guess most people think that because we’re in a little Union invaded by Rome that we all speak the same but what most don’t realise was they could only get so far in the back country before the celtic hordes would descend chaos haha
Tbf i have lived in a lot of places and speak a couple languages but i’ve been to few places where he dialects change so much across villages as ireland, scotland or the west country
