Dang, tell me exactly how you germ....

First two went directly in soil and 1 lost its head and other got stuck under something so stalled and myco took it over turning it into a fuzzy ball of mush lol

Second two got soaked till cracked and then went into soil and another one lost its head and the other pulled a Harry Houdini and vanished

Last seed again got soaked till cracked and has been in soil for a few days now with no signs of life

OK, first.......you have to wait at least 7-10 days in soil, before judging about a fail, me last year had a bean that sprouted at day 9!

Second, not all all seeds can be germed the same way, if 1 germ method doens't work with 2 seeds try others like root riot cubes, jiffy, etc. ....

@shumway @TheMongol I always germ the same way and hand on heart never had a fail.

I presoak for 3hr then do the paper towel method ontop of my boiler .
After 24_48 hr it's always cracked with taproot out so into the medium it goes about a half inch deep and after another 24 hr she raises her head .

Honestly give that a try works a treat .
Benefits are you can see that it's split its shell before planting

Me do the same, but i let em in water for 24 hours or till shell breaks in less, then paper towel and soil....

Update 30/01/2019

Only 1 out of 3 "Seed Stockers - Candy Dawg" seeds that I planted have germinated..... so far.

The first seed was a "No Show", so 2 more "Backup seeds" were sown directly to soil.

The first backup seed sown (right bottom in group photo below) has just raised her head, still looking small, but we will see.....

4 Seedlings Day 1.jpg

The second backup seed has not joined the party yet (right in photo below), But will give her a few more days yet.
