The two that lost their heads were twice the size as the rest of the Nicole creams and had the thickest shells i've seen from a seed lol Still have 2 in dirt so we'll see if they sprout ok,If not i'll be out for this round i guess

Every time me have a very big seed in my hands or having extra strong shell i carefully at the back on it, so moisture comes better in and seedling has easier exit from shell...

Dang brother, how are a you germing?

First 2 went directly into soil and 1 lost its head and other was stuck under a chunk of coir or stick so couldn't make it up and myco took it over turning it into a fuzzy mush,Others went into a shot glass to soak until cracked then went into soil
