Seedling Stage HELPP! Lol

I use 2 and 3 gallon pots, smaller pots finish quicker
Thanks for the advice , will definitely try to see if I can save them but honestly I haven’t checked the ph of my water or anything yet . I’m using tap water from the sink and leaving it set out for a day until I use it … could too high of a ph stunt then and make them look like that ? I’ve always grown outside so the whole led thing is very new to me … I’ve watched multiple videos on how to do this n that but i don’t really have the cash to spend on certain soils , nutes , and stuff . The mix I used for this grow is Kellogg Garden Organics and mixed some Vigoro Organic Perlite in it . It blows my mind because the first week of the grow they were sprouting and sprouting fast then all of a sudden took a turn for the worse .. just really want to figure out what I did wrong that way I can learn from the mistakes and know the right way ! Also just noticed that they are turning more yellow and have purple stems

I’m not positive the best ways with soil but I have some I’m about to use, same as yours and I’m going to mix it 50% with perlite (coarse vermiculite actually, but close to same for helping roots get air, though they are kinda different). I believe if you put 50/50 soil/perlite you will like it, great drainage, harder to overwater. Some people use 100% perlite.

you can get a (digital), ph meter for testing your ph and some citric acid (cheaper), OR vitamin c (I use a 50/50 of both), for ph down, off of amazon for less than 25 bucks.

If you are all organic, I hear a lot of organic growers don’t ph anything, you may want to check up on seedlings in the organic section first and see what exactly they do

I have watched some videos to where it makes it seem like they are putting a hundred gallons of water on a seedling a day, so I tried to forget it all.

I think your plants will need food eventually, do you know what your going to give them?

What do you recommend that I feed them and how would I know how much to feed

If you can start new seeds now I would, with ph 5.8 water, maybe a tad less if your medium makes the ph rise. Those look overwatered with not much hope, I have done what your plants look like - lot of times, and when mine have looked like yours, it’s not great. Maybe hope, should know in a few days of leaving them alone. If they do, they won’t want water for a while, week plus I’d guess, which sucks because i believe they will be sitting in poor ph. Could repot but I think that would not be good.

Feed them whatever you want, something around 2-1-2 is what I am using, if your going orgainc, I can’t say. You should probably look into that

diy moisture meter, Get a dry stick put it in the soil and leave it there forever. When you pull it out to look at it, it will give a good idea of how far down the soil is damp.

hope there is decent air movement or the soil will take long to dry, it is still wet in most recent picture

On second thought, if you could very carefully put them into fresh, properly moist with correct ph soil that may be the thing to do, if they don’t survive a ‘~repot’ and perk up quick you may want to start new seeds regardless because they will take to long to recover in their current home and yield heavily impacted . Warning if repot, tap root/roots probably go deeper than you think, don’t damage

I think you should consider coco instead of soil. Nutrients and calmag buffer your water and mine usually falls right in range. Fill multiple jugs of water and let it sit over night to get out any chlorine. Try not to use fresh tap water. I was able to look up the water report from my h20 provider. I know it sucks but if it was me I'd scrap them and drop a couple more seeds if you have them. I recommend clean coco and coarse perlite at 70/30 ratio.

So I threw in the white flag and 2 days have passed . The lights been off and I walk by the tent just to clean it up and take them out and accept my loss and 1 out of the 3 actually has started growing again lol . I’ve got the light back on and hope is still there for this strong lady

My best advice is to start your new ones off in solo cups all my plants start life in them also im not sure if your soil is right for seedlings if you let @Mañ'O'Green know all your info he could give you better help. but if i was you id buy some light mix soil to start them in solo cup and repot them once there established
