Indoor Seedling leaves pointing up, is thereca problem?

It's not the pointing up I'm worried. It's the actual cupping inwards of the leaves. That is heat stress, as seedlings they need light but be careful I would put the light further away until they get a full set of leaves and then start getting the light closer to the plants

A 4 strain grow. Second try.

Hmm ok, then ill loft the light a little higher, at first i had it at around 50cm from the plant, then i slowly put it down to 35 cm , in my previous grows, i had it at 30cm distnce already.

I think also not using the cooltube maybe is making it hotter than it is. So i turned on the ventilation which goes through the cooltube. Hope it will help

It should be noticeable in new growth, so when you see the leaves cupping inwards you know you got heat stress

ok ill let it be then and check again tomorrow. if the problem cotinues ı will take the light a little higher.

do you think also the strain is a factor in how close you can have the light, as in some strains like more light and some dont?

How it goin, I use a 250 hps also, and I keep my light at about 2ft away for the first 2 weeks or so. She is def suffering from the heat. Also if you put a fan on low to blow air on seedling will help also.
Hope this helps ya

Thanks for the tip :) Hmmm ok im gonna pull the light up another 15-20cm. Maybe its better to play safe. I just dont want the plant to strech. Otherwise once flowering i can have some space issues
