So in the past month I've placed small $50 - 100 orders with 10 different USA seedbanks or suppliers online. Just to see who's stuff arrived and how quickly they could deliver. Most of them went above and beyond and more than delivered.
Not Kinnabis.com - not only did they not send the freebies and samples they were listed on their site, they shorted me on 1/3 of my seeds...the more expensive Mephisto Genetics ones on this particular order. It's also worth mentioning that the package took three weeks to arrive...contrary to all the statements they make on their site. I've placed three orders with Oregon Elite Seeds in the same time frame, none took more than 3 days to arrive from the other side of the US.
They also list on their site that they are in Los Angeles, with a Santa Monica address and an LA phone number (that has gone right to voicemail for the past two weeks)...this is not the case. The office is a Notory's office and they just provide a California address to foreign or out of state businesses. In this case, Kinnabis operates out of the UK. So my attempt to avoid sending anything with my name on it through US Customs was a bust. Would have ordered from others if I had wanted to go outside of the US with this test. There's no mention of this on their site. In fact, visit right now and you will see this for yourself. They have not responded to phone (they don't pick up...goes right to voicemail), email, nor are they responding to their live chat support system on their website...with is online at the moment.
So, to recap:
Do not respond to phone, voicemail, email or text.
Took three weeks to deliver.
Didn't send complete order.
Didn't send samples / freebies listed.
Their site lists both a US based address and phone number...but they ship from out of the country with no mention of this during the order process.
I wasn't able to find anything on this company here on AFN, so I figured I'd share my experience and hopefully someone here might be saved the hassle.
