how do you figure that? not saying it's wrong, i'm just 100% nescient here.. can you flesh out why low voltage is better to help me remember it?

6 volts is all you need , 12 volts is overkill , the lower the voltage the SMALLER the coloids , if making it 1 litre/quart at a time 12 hours is long enough
