Hello AFN today I will review http://www.seedmadness.com Also I am not affiliated with seedmadness or any other's at this time.
I stumbled across Seed Madness looking for KVS fem. I looked everywhere and they were out a few weeks back.
I placed my order on 9/24 and order was dispatched 9/27 after payment cleared and I received my order to the East Coast on 10/08. Could have knocked 3 days off if we did not count Columbus day or the three day weekend it sat on. So I would say fast shipping. Also email updates were quick.

They sent signed mail as normal means, which I'm not found of and don't have to do with the tude or herbs. But I understand cause they give a guarantee. Bad part is no options to enhance shipping method or packaging readily available on order screen and you have to contact via email. They do ship no signature just have to email them first.
Bottom Line
Overall I was happy quick turn around first order and was exactly what I wanted. I will go back if needed and would not hesitate. But I will be changing the shipping option next time felt lucky. Please read friend rewards.

Stealth With Breeder Packs- This means that the seeds will come in their original packaging inside the envelope. The outside envelope will still be stealth with only your address
Stealth: NO BREEDER PACKS - This means that your seeds will be put into clear plastic bags with their code on for differentiation. You will receive free seeds but no other free gifts. There will be no way of knowing what type of seeds they are or where they are from.
International Deliveries
We send items internationally and have a very good success rate. Reasons for this are:
We send all packages stealth so there is no indication on the envelope to say who it is from
We send all packages weighing less than 50 grams so they do not have to be declared to customs
We send all packages by recorded signed for delivery which means you can track your items
