So whats a acceptable temp for my seeds in my humidy dome in a plug and what should the humidy level be?

Put it in a zip lock and set it on top of your water heater. You want 100% humidity. Mid 80s would be good but I don't know about low 90s. Plants start having stress in the 90s so I would keep it in the 80s if you can.

I see its sprouting in my seed starter plug but i think its root is comming from the top so i must of put it upside down will the seed still survive and grow its stem out like this?

I would give it a few days. It might turn the root tip down in a few days. I start in soil, if I had this problem I would just dig it up and turn it over but I don't want to tell you to do something that could kill it so I say wait a few days.

Yeah the root went downward so i take it the green stem will do the same as the root? So for future reference which side of the seed should go down?

I lost my beans to mold cos I used my laptop to heat an icecream pot which was hosting the paper towel method.

I can no longer plant autos cause I screwed my last seeds. So I tell you: when it comes to Warm, pick "not cold" as input.

I would pick from 25 to 28 degrees (C) for god base.

Warmer than that may screw you just like I gotten.

I wish more luck than I did.

Ahahh dont commit the same mistake!

Dont take it literally when they say "warm" else you could as well "cook" them.
