Indoor SEED DILeMA

Not to but there are actually plenty of strains out there that will get huge if flowered from seed at 12/12; most natural (or should I say Landrace...) sativas will get big no matter what because they were naturally bred near the equator usually, where the time difference is always around or near 12/12 all year round with out much change at all. Sometimes even a cross made with one of these strains will transfer enough genes to make it to grow big regardless of veg time... (a mostly indica could still possibly get big if hybridized to a sativa).....

That said, I would definitely go for new seed before microgrowing a good photo strain, save those for some big yields! :thumbs:

mr.mc ( if you dont mind) - i have a 100 w blackstar led and three cfls ... 2 13 wat warm light 2700k and one 23 wat white light 6400k

reALcarlos - i have heard of of flowering from seed an i have actualy seen quite nice plants from that but for me doing it for the first tie seems intimidateing i def. want the dank smoke but is it worth it with the smaller yeild ?

rello - that grow is legit for a buncha photos deffinatly tempting given that i could toataly do that out of 2 liter pots ( got four of them in my tent and was planing on the autos going in) i got buncha nutes and fox farm ocean forest so all i need is fricken seeds !!!!!!!! i regret the shit out of germing them all in the same paper towel and at the same time shoulda stagerd em. o well . but yeah that wholoe photos being flwoerd seems like not to shabby besides the yeild thing wich in my tent is a given any way. i grew y griega wich is a sativa as it gets after i flwoerd it it streeed a foot and a half so much so i had to bend the shit out of it and tie it down. still was a beast.

surffreak - pots been stired. haha atleast my thought process has. i just wanna grow!!!! im addicted to the whole process officaly as iys my third grow going on fourht as soon as i get this mess straitend out .

Well just didn't want you to be wasting good genetics on small yield with problems.... You can always keep a plant small by keeping it in a small pot, but it hurts the root formation along with many other factors... I would highly recomend waiting on some auto seeds in favor of getting what you're paying for from the photo seeds, YIELD!

i can see wehre your comeing from. and your absolutly right im gunna wait on autos the photos liek you said will just consume my tent.. not only will they get rootbound and stressed out from that there most deffintaly gunna suffer from light penetration on some level.. i thught about just going one photo in hydro .. and still 12/12 it form seed that way i still get yeild, good light pen, and the best qulity. .. idk autos are my true love. think im guna stick with them fast, normaly easy, and easily enjoyable to grow

great nes guys im getitng new seeds sent to me for fre!!!! just emailed them t worldwide-marijuana-seeds.com and they are guna make thigns right as my orginal order got a tiny bit messed up. shouldnt be long until im back up and running
