so i have a 1.5 foot wide by 1.5 foot deep by 4 foot tall grow lab tent. i just ordered and had deliverd 4 autoflowering sedds two afgahn kush ryders la bella afrodita and a il diavolo ...all of wich in my attmept to germ i steamed on a heating pad in a paper towel .....abslute jerkoff i no. so there all shot for sure nd im left with 3 non autos tangerine dream pineapple chunk and northernlights blue. should i attmept to grow all three non autos in super small pots or just man up nd purchas new autos.:toke:

If you are completely sure you killed the seeds I would just order new seeds, growing a photo in a small pot won't give you the kind of grow you are looking for with autos... How long have the heated seeds been sitting in dirt/papertowel?

If you want to grow those photo's I would just start them in small pots, and transplant before flowering to maybe 2-3 gallon pots, also start flowering them at 2-3 weeks(id say 2 weeks) and if its indica it should be done in 8-10 weeks, so thats 12 weeks, some autos go this long..... I only say do this if you want them small, and done quick, otherwise id say veg alot longer. But I love Autos, so i d say get new seeds if you got the extra cash! :D

First of all ,how do you know the seeds are bad? Was the heating pad to hot or what happened? I would also go with autos with that small grow area. You might be able to jam 3 or 4 in there but it would be crowded to say the lease.Sweet seeds.es has autos in 3,5,and 10 pacs.Lets us know the problem with your heat pad,so it doesn't happen again.

well i had em in a paper towel that was wet with luke warm water.. put that in a dvd case and put the dvd case on a heating padd got all sorts of smokey and ended up takein a weed nap woke up realized they were on the heating pad still jumped up went to check on em ..at first tocuh i new it was WAY to hott .... opend it up and the paper towel literaly started steaming. not out of controll but enough for me to realize what i just did. man i was salted.... and i think im just gunna buck up and order new autos.. there seriously justso much better when dealing with smal grows

oh yeah they been in a paper towel for almost 2 weeks. and the ones i tried saveing in dirt didnt even budge so i no there 98% not happnin

Thanks for the reply.I wouldn't use that heating pad, it shoulnt get that hot.Put them in acup of water for a day or two and when they sink put them in the towels and keep them in a dark place and check them every day and when they get a tap root showing ,maybe a quarter inch or so place them soil root faceing down so the seed head is down about one quarter to three eights of an inch down, then put them under lights for 18/6.You can cover them with saran wrap to keep the soil moist until they sprout.I hope this works for you.

the tangerine dream & the pineapple chunk will strech way to much for your tent, no matter how much you tie them down they will be hitting the light (what light do you have?) If I was you I would be ordering some more autos and forget the photos untill you have a much larger space to grow in.

I had to chuckly a little when I read you steame your seeds lol. dont worry though we all make mistakes, can I ask you what madness drove you to do it :P

what if he did 12/12 straight from seed?

You can 12/12 from seed if you want, the yield will be small In my opinion, and the plant will be strectchy... As for the plants outgrowing the space, this is the only reason I like photo's, you can chop(Top) them all day long to get the height you want lol..... I would never do this with an autoflower, although I have seen people top them( Hint: you people lost some yield lol) In my experience you can keep a photo the same size as an auto, even a Sativa big pheno..... I just hack the shit out of them, Low Stress Train them, Flower early, and keep them in small pots.

-Here is a pic of a friends table with photo plants he started flowering at 2 weeks, they are just over a foot I think... They look like Autoflowers lol.
Buddys pic.jpg The person who grows these grows them for meds, hes got his card if anyone is wondering lol.
