New Grower Second Timer - DP Auto Night Queen In DWC

I broke out the Nikon and macro lens to remember how these plants look just before harvest. The pics under the cobs didn't accurately reflect the colors I saw everyday. Below are the tips of a few buds!

An inexpensive way to get good color rendition is to use 5000K cfl or LED bulbs on the end of an extension cord with some clips. It won't look like much light compared to your grow lights but the camera will love it. you don't get the blown out pistils like with a flash.

Now I am curious about the second plant. We knew you had the SB milkshake pheno, but which other one do you have??

Haha! I will fire one up tomorrow. And let you know if different. Definitely a lighter shade, but still purple hues on the buds. Bud structure is different on her. I am looking forward to that taste!

Yeah, I will have to do that for the next grow, MOG, so I show the judges! Lol!

Amazing looking buds, nice pics IMO. lookimg forward to here which pheno you got for the second, but it looks like the SB spice pheno to me. The creamy pine usually had more long hairs on her, but it is hard to tell still..my guess is the spice girls!!

Thanks man! Yeah, I didn't feel the urge to break out the camera last grow, but these plants were so cool to grow that I wanted to capture exactly how they looked. This second grow may very well be the best I will do. It will be hard to top anyway. Not just talking weight, which I will definitely have, but they filled the cabinet perfectly. The training is what really worked on this grow. A lot of it was dumb luck. A lot of it was these incredible seeds.

You had a plan before the grow, and from what I saw, you executed the plan as you wanted...in my book, that is what good growers do. Genetics, as you can now see, do play a large role in overall ease of grow and end product to some point, but most of that is on the grower to duplicate. Well done, don't sell yourself short, and at the same time, there are always going to be variables from time to time that can throw grows off. Look at this last grow for me, I thought I had everything under control and a crazy well water anomaly like strange bacteria, almost sabotaged the entire thing. It was the universe telling me to switch my water over finally to RO so now, I can really say, I have nearly everything perfect. I will build a small sealed grow room that has better insulation against exterior weather conditions so I can keep VPD more optimal. Right now I fight with humidifiers running all day and night to keep RH where I need it due to heaters also running.

I will wait until end of February most likely now due to the cold spell across Europe for the next month.

I know all about waiting for better conditions to grow. This next grow window should be the best, environment wise, even better than this past grow, which had a lot of rain and colder temps during flower. Gotta take advantage whenever I can, man!

Day 81

Harvest Day

I have been wet trimming Queen 2 for 6 hours. Finally have her in four large paper bags. And also hanging a few of her larger colas. I thought she would be the quick one. She will yield Moreno than I thought. Beautiful sweet berry smell. I also collected quite a bit of scissor hash! Looking forward to trying as a post harvest celebration.

Here she is before I chopped up some of those colas to bag them.
