New Grower Second Timer - DP Auto Night Queen In DWC

Looking good man. Color looking nice in each one. You can see one is a little lighter green than the other. Still crossing my fingers you got the SB milkshake pheno. There is a good chance since it looks like you have two different, and there are only four total. :smokeout:

They have great structure too. Curious how your new system will work. I just stopped at the local grow store today, he gave me some new version of the 30w monkey fan, and it is much quieter than the last version, plus the new direct drive 12w fan. While I was there I grabbed a couple handfuls of the bendz training clips and was thinking, man why are theses so hard to get in the states online. They are cheap and easy to make and work perfectly.:2cents:

Anyways, have a great day and kemp it up bro. Passing one over to you. A little Sativa with some Green Crack in a big ole bong! :hookah:

Yeah, I agree. These are different phenos. Different shading, leaf girth, and growing structure. The only thing a bit disappointing is that I now know I don't have two strawberry milkshake phenos! :cools:

Seriously. Would love one to be and then to try another for comparison! Gonna keep them open, flat, and well fed, and see what happens.

First sign of a pistil and the 3000k 80cri cobs go on! And then... Showtime!

Thanks for the encouragement and kind words, bro! Really helps!

I know how insecure we all can get when doing anything like this, where failure seems so catastrophic due to the investment in time and effort, as well as financially. When I had my water issue this year, I was panicking a little myself. I "thought " I had things under control, but I did not. Not a good feeling. Even the advice I was getting wasn't helping the situation. Who could have known I had other issues in the water itself like bacteria and massive amounts of calcium that were throwing the balance off, no one bro!

Sometimes these lessons are just that, lessons for us, so we learn something the universe thinks we need to know. That's a lot of what growing has taught me. Nuturing and taking care is 24 hours, it has to become a habit, and even when you think it is all under control, life will still throw stuff at you. I think the key is to stay calm in those situations and do your best to remedy the situation, and that's all you can do.

Rock on brother, and enjoy this lovely hobby. :headbang::headbang::headbang:

So glad I found this hobby, man. For so long, I viewed growing great weed as this mystical thing that could only done by a few folks. Better late than never, I guess! I am growing my own top shelf buds. Enjoying the process and the outcome. Win win.

Cheers, brother!

It I said so nice and easy to get the stuff you need nowadays, and the seeds are also easy to get. Ten years ago it wasn't like this. The minds have opened, but what the stoner world didn't anticipate was how positive growing your own weed can really influence your life. Not just because you can get high for less, but there is more to it, as you have discovered!

And yes, having great buds are your disposal is a big plus. :pass:

Glad to know that it was once truly mystical! I don't feel as bad for not trying earlier! And yeah, growing is so much more. So much. And double yeah, you get to celebrate by smoking some very awesome medicine!

I’ve said this before, I haven’t even cropped yet and i’m already taking a half ounce less a month total, and for me nothing shows the therapeutic value of growing better than that. Or waking up at 6am every morning to check my babies, that’s like unheard of for me!

I was lucky growing up around a few mates parents that grew in decriminalised portugal so never saw it as this mystical thing as it becomes pretty common. Don’t get me wrong when i turned 13 I was amazed by the plants hahah
That was before i saw the kind of weed some of the growers i fell in with over here a few years back though. Then it was like MIND BLOWN and i started planning another grow since my first here didn’t go so well.
Here we are now, and it was the best decision i’ve made in ages.

That's a great perspective, Medi! For me, it is better late than never. Very therapeutic and stress relieving for me. I realized how important the growing was for me after I put the buds in jars. I couldn't wait to drop the next seedlings to fill the void that was left!

As yet another psychological reason why many enjoy growing is connected to the type of work they do. If in there work it is difficult to see the impact in real life. So a cause and effect...without this people gravitate to hobbies where they see results from their efforts.

Definitely, i’m a horticulture student working in service industry so i agree with that. I’m particularly fond of nature and the only fulfilment in terms of true achievement excluded from social pressures and obligations i have in my life is my gardening (of all kinds) and my writing.
What’s even better now that i’ve started growing canna is with the vested interest the rewards are so much greater and it is by far one of the most fun plants to grow too!

It is a truly remarkable thing to watch your own buds grow!

Btw, very clean and tidy little set up you have there.

Plants are looking great too mate!

Do you mind me asking what size and type of grow space do you have?

The tent is 4 x 4, up to 650w of led available if needed, currently using only 450w. You can see in my sig that I run in coco. Use RO water and tap water, and use Advanced Hrydroponics of Holland nutes, that's about it bro.

I love to share, so what ever you want to chat about is cool.

This run I had issues with my water so the grow I started not as good as usual, but they are back on track. Each day they look better and better. Thanks for stoping in though.:pass:
