Looking good. Here's a pic of my 6 auto DWC grow. All sponsored seeds. 2 diesel berry autos from auto seeds. 1 speed bud auto and 1 auto kush both from female seeds. 1 amnesia xxl auto from dinafem and 1 sour diesel auto from Humboldt. I have 7 new strains to test next run. 4 strains from barneys farm for pics for seeds promo and 3 strains for testing for sweet seeds. Plants in pic range from 5 weeks to 8 weeks and 3 days for the biggest which is the Diesel Berry Auto.

Lookin sweet mate. I tried dwc once and it was a disaster. Wanted to see if I could do the whole grow without a res change and it went horribly wrong. Full plant collapsed a couple weeks before the end. Like as in I touched it and it turned into a starfish lol. It’s the wee one you can see at the side of my auto ultimate in my sig review. Is that 6 separate reservoirs I take it? That’s way too much work for me like. Don’t mind doing 2 res but that’s my limit.
How did you go about getting sponsor from barnies farm? Only them and Mephisto that have turned me down. Meph just never took the hint and offered me strain advice. Barneys just ignored me : (. Had my last 150 seeds as freebies n be buggered if I’m gonna start paying for them any time soon but would really like to try some barnies stuff. Done a bunch of their stuff on my first run years ago. Their blue cheese took the utter piss out of the extractor I had at the time. 1 plant out of the 8 and it was reeling my house out.

Email barneys farm now with "pics for seeds promo" I got 4 strains of 5 seeds each from barneys. But they want your bud pics. Who knows, maybe they'll use them on there site

Dwc can be work. Yeah there all single 5 gal buckets. Powered by general hydroponics air pumps. I won't go more than 6 cuz if all the work. Lol. And problems definitely happen when you dwc. Hardest method if growing I feel

To be fair it was just my laziness that screwed it. I think hydro growing is easier than pots. Love my nft res, that gets obsesively maintained though. Smallest I've had from that was 300g whereas the biggest I've had in a pot was only 140g. Seem to have mastered growing compact 3-4 ouncers in coco now though. The last dozen or so all turned out similar.
You could do a seperate veg and a bloom top up res and turn that into 2 recirculation systems to cut the workload down. Not sure what you'd need to do it but that's what I'd be lookin into. 6 res is way too much work. 2 is easy enough though

Yeah it's not hard I guess. Just sucks hauling water buckets all the time. More labor. Soil seems easier. But I've never grown anything but DWC.

I won't do recirculating due to the fact that if 1 plant has a problem at the roots, they're all probably going to get the same problem. Easier to contain the problem and fix it if it's only in one bucket I feel. Then if 1 plant dies all 3 or 6 don't die. I do it the hard way for that reason. Maybe someday I'll try recirculating but I'd want a chiller b4 I attempted that to keep the main res the proper temp.

Well I usually start em under a cfl reflector in the bedroom walk in but fucked the 14000k bulb n forgot to get a new one. Got a 2700k one there but it’s shit for starting them so thought I’d try it upstairs... won’t be doing that again till summer lol
