Sir Stitch,
Short answer: Great.
Long answer: I can't really tell. I stopped smoking in the '80's and my preference was for Colombian - which nobody seems interested in anymore. And since I came back a couple years ago, I've only smoked what I've grown....and I can only compare that to 30 year old recollections - always a questionable practice.
Having said that, the SCH is pretty close to what I was looking for when I decided to start growing. Very similar to a high-end ($40/oz vs $20/oz Mexican) commercial Colombian in the '70s. Not as psychoactive as I'd like, but I blame that on indoor growing/lack of high altitude UV. It'll still make any TV a 3-D TV (of the varieties I've grown so far, only the WOS "Colombian Gold" also has this effect). And it's not as giggly as I recall, but I'm not a teenager anymore either. I can actually smoke an entire joint of SCH if I want, whereas I can only get about 1/2 way through a joint of anything else I've grown before feeling, for lack of a better word, drugged. When I smoke most hybrids, I find it a challenge to make and eat a bowl of cereal without dribbling milk on myself. When I smoke the SCH, I'm often motivated to make pancakes from scratch and clean up afterwards.
The Chaze, OTOH, is what I suppose a modern MJ dispensary would stock. First, it's pretty. Something I'm told is called "bag appeal". When I was buying pot, bag appeal was measured in "fingers", and only the highest end Cali and Hawaiian sinsemilla was "pretty". Second, it smells like dessert. The cure took all the skunk out of it and just left citrus and melon and spice. Yummy. And finally, it has a delightful one-toke buzz. A nice warm fuzzy high easing back to coherence after a couple hours. Two hits, though, and there's probably a little nap involved. It's currently my preferred after dinner smoke.
I'll add that I made ~1/4 oz of hash out of the SCH/Chaze/WOS CG/HS Malawi Gold trim. I just got into it last week and that is the cleanest smoke imaginable. Just pure head high so clean you hardly notice it until you realize that you've been washing the dishes for an hour or you can't multiply 9 times 7. Remarkable and delicious.
Sorry I'm not more qualified, but those are my impressions Stitch. Hope that helped. Thanks again.
