Saw this today

Yea I upped the Calmagic significantly the Microblast should be here today. My other plant same schedule same strain is killing it which baffles me. I think you were correct with the lockout so I'll flush and hit her with a light feeding but heavy calmagic and some Microblast.

:smoking:-- don't flush mate, not without at least a pH reading of the run-off.... we don't know if this is a lock-out yet,... and in coco, it's done a different way so as to not TARFU the CEC in there,... I believe it done with RO/Di water, with 150ppm Ca-Mg plus 150ppm appropriate nutes, pH to 6.0,... pour though enough until the run-off is at or near input ppm and pH,...
... do a run-off pH using no nutes, just ca-mg....

When I flush I use florakleen it basically dissolves the excess salts then I follow with a light feeding.

You were spot on with suggesting the Microblast it put her right back on track

I did order the equipment recommended

All is good again thank you

Coco is soooo finicky! @Waira ,,, excellent answers! It's been a while since school and soil chem classes, but you are dead accurate.

question! If you run through to solution ppm, then run cal mag through it, wouldn't the Cation charge go sky high? Like when sodium binds up soil?

:smoking: .. no mate, I meant both are added at that ppm, and used as a flushing solution,.. it preserves the CEC balance,....
