dude thx for showing ur grow and style. i haven't read every page in the thread but i needed to ask a few questions before i forget to d so.

what's your exact method to grow in cups/small containers ? how do u water and how do u maintain the roots in cups since coco roots grow like crazy ? i do see u have added some geolite to your medium. what ratio are you using approx ?

i do have coco coir sitting waiting to go into action and i also have grow stones for added aeration. perlite will also likely be bought to mix with coco or to use in a hempy bucket w/vermiculite as the standard hempy method calls for.
for lights i have 600 hps dig. no dimmer old school lumatek and just bought a new quantum board style light =

Hi bro I grow all my plants in coco/clay pebbles 60/40 I buy it bagged that way also the solo cups or even 2 litre bottles I just treat as miniature big pots and the only difference will be I feed them twice daily and my big say airpot I feed just once a day and all get fed to run off every feed .I hope this helps

i think i buy bags of 50 for about 7 or 8 quid and i just reuse them until i crinkle the shit out of them also sorry no pics of the galato 41 getting chopped it was just chopped without much thinking and as you know we need to be smart choosing the right time to pull them down even with a carbon filter in the good old uk
