That depends a bit on the structure/stacking of the branch in question, and the total length. But this is quite hard to explain from a distance.
I always try to take a few things in consideration when deciding where to supercrop.
How long is the branch already? What kind of stretch do I still expect?
Are the flowers on the branch well stacked?
If this is the case, then I usually try to keep the stacked part together and crop it below the lowest point where the stacking starts.
Keeping in mind that you preferably want fully grown buds of around 30-40cm for maximum yields (especially in a SCROG).
If there are any 'open' (stretched) parts on the branch I usually pick that place to supercrop.
But there is no one-way to go forward, I've grown 'purer' Sativas or Sativa dominant hybrids where the same branches were cropped 2-3 times. Some strains just pop right up after 1 or max 2 days, and in order to have full effect of the supercropping and the distribution of auxin there is only one way to do it and that is supercropping again at a different place on the same branch.
Looking at your last video, the placement seems ok to me...
You keep the top part of the branch together, while the parts that are disconnected from the main stem get a few days to stretch and become bigger.
