SANlight sanlight EVO 140 and 60 series perpetual grow with biotabs Dutch passion kerosine krash sssc and seedstockers

Depends on what you plan to do with the coco afterwards. If you're tossing it, go right ahead and top dress with the Silicium Flash and water that in with the PK Booster Compost Tee. If you want to reuse the coco, I would say just give some PK Booster Compost Tee and deal with the leaves being terminated one by one...That way, the medium isn't that charged for the next grow.
there in light mix soil bro and I'm not 100 per cent yet if I will reuse it I haven't seen any bugs so far so maybe

I re-used my coco for the first time on this run. I chopped up the old roots and left them in there. I think it retains more water now than virgin coco. There must be some composting going on in there. The girls are at 2 and 3 weeks and look healthy.

I never usually reuse coco more just because I can't be bothered buffering etc again and I've got COPD and its just more work for me but thanks for your input as even the lightmix soil I may just use new stuff

I didn't think to re-buffer it since it's been getting calmag twice daily during the previous crop. The new seedlings did seem to start slow though. I won't be reusing my Coco next time. I'll compost it for outdoor veggies. Like you said, it's pretty easy to mix a new batch of Coco.

at least I know if I buy a new bag I can just pot up and go and keeping your medium for outdoors or to compost sounds like a good plan

The reason I asked is because with the BioTabs nutrient line your coco isn't reacting like a hydroponic medium. Ok, it keeps it's cool properties of retaining enormous amounts of oxygen/air even when saturated, but because of all the Bio life you introduced it has become something of a hybrid medium.
I threw my leftover medium in my wormbin and left it there over the summer. My current grow is with this mix and it's popping with life.
Have a look at the movement in the soil
