How much is the house on the market for I get really depressed over winter in the uk, cant take the cold and lack of light

I would love a 2nd home in the sun!

I'm Exactly the same Mr.mc.....come winter..I just wanted to hibernate or emigrate.....
I emigrated.

You do get Winter here..
but nowhere near as bad as the UK...
and even IF it is freezing..it tends to be Blue sky..
you feel better with blue skies......:thumbs:

I don't know what the house price is..
But..
because of the recession they are at their lowest since we came here.

Half the place is up for sale.
The Banks are holding list of houses where they just want people to take over the morgage payments..
cause they can't re-sell them with the recession.

Lots of the houses have an underground cellar too..which would be great for
a very covert lighted grow.

So rent one over the winter....and do your Work over here...:dance2:

For a short time, there was a restaurant here in Denver called the Ganja Gourmet.
Girlfriend & I checked it out (I had a feeling the authorities weren't going to allow it to stay open long).
Pretty good food, definitely felt good an hour later!
I think they are still open but just for carry-out/take-home now.

Bring a takeaway until we get the cooking area made...:thumbs:
