Cheers JM..I was just telling FullD...the Bicarbed water PH balance thing actually made me think I might get through February without a Big crash..

it is normally my Worst month..and sometimes I can be out of the game a couple of months..depending on how hard I'm hit.

and IF I get through..it will be the first one in 10 years where I haven't crashed.
