New Grower Runoff in tents, plastic/fabric trays

Before I purchased I talked to marshydro on skype and asked about the tray included and she said it was okay for runoff. It didnt seem right, thats why I asked if anyone tried it.

having individual trays is best in case there are any issues... how would you test run off if it was mixed with run off from other pots?
