Yeah it looks like a DWC but it's not, its a shallow water culture, these buckets are a clever design from Nutriflo in that they can stack in different ways, I use them differently how they do, but basically they are just three ordinary pots. Top pot is a 12" pot filled with clay the middle pot holds the drain and flows to the reservoir and the bottom pot is nothing at all, it's just a stand to raise the pot higher than the reservoir. You get the good root structure of in inter medium in a pot but you also get the advantages of a DWC without the problems usually associated with it. Then just make some holes in the top lip shove some doweling on it and wa la, a self supporting lightweight scrog that travels with the pot. .

@Tyler_Durden88 is it ok mine are already started by a week? I know im ahead but i had to start a bit earlier i think i said so a bit ago. I did 3 sc and 1 gwk (the gwk isnt growing much but the sc are speeding through like always, hopefully my sc is a fast one)they are all born on april 18th. I have a sweet n sour thats born on the 14th as well if that's applicable... i can figure out my best one in another 2 weeks if i need to condense it down.
anyway, here's the plant pics i had from when the perpetual battle idea was going around earlier and i just went for it as a bit of a pushy gal, but also i can drop one more somewhere if you want me to.
the germ pics were 12 days ago for the soil.


If these are ok, i can post pics from today, they sprouted actually on the 18th i think

I'm ok with it. If anyone objects lmk. You might just have to wait a bit if yours finishes early.

Sounds really interesting I've never seen them pots or style before you got my attention. I'm curious to see how they work.

@Tyler_Durden88 ive got a few i can choose ive got a cross i made that will take awhile to flower hered on the 1st of april lmk if not may be able to use one of the strains ive yet to pop it would only take a day or 2 to pop lmk bud thanks this is the cross auto ultimate crossed with a ripleys og (mephisto) x alpujarrena (pyrimid) both parents were massive

It has to be an autoflower. You cam grow whatever strain or breeder you want.

No prob but the ultimate took 15wks start to finish so it will be close cant wait to see how she grows
