Live Stoner Chat RPG games ...

My brother learnt how t`write his 1st program on our Vic 20...I never had the patience t`learn(and still know Naff all about techy stuff, tbh!). I was always busy with a football(original shape, i.e. `spherical, rather than `egg-shaped`!)...

Not really an RPG game..at all actually, but Trappers comment of 'man were old' for whatever reason made me think of these-

Yup, BASIC...wrote my first programs in that language....my mom enrolled me in classes over the summer (daycare really) it's probably why I'm a graphic designer now. :)

With an unofficial tape drive (which in 1981 was a ,,,,, cassette player) - the noise was unbearable.
You'd happy code for 3 hours just to get a million syntax errors from dodgy printed manuals or a spider bouncin up and down.... just to avoid that sound.

That was until this bad boy came along

and eventually - a tape player that could mute that god awful sound! lol

Lol I had an Acorn too I was addicted to Cybertron Mission.

Huge Dragon Age fan over here. Actually the whole Game is Based on Star Wars Knights of the Old Republic. Skyrim is not my kinda Rpg then i fave the Final Fantasy Series more. I remember i had a game like Robin Hood on the C-64 Cassetes when i was a Child.

My friend had C-64 (Bubble Bobble!) but my own first gear was Amiga500. Bought solely thanks to "Moonstone: A Hard Days Knight" :D (Also Shadow of the Beast II)
Fallout 2 being really high on rpg-list.

Yeah, but do you remember Zork I for Commodore 64?

Sidenote: Do yourself a favor and watch Sword Art Online (Do you have Netflix in UK? I have no idea)

ZORK! To this day I love that game! I even had the later pc version, Return To Zork. I have all the text versions on my pc.

Before I got the 1541 floppy drive, all my data was on cassette..... "push play on cassette now" LOL

I had the 5400 baud modem so I could hook up to Compuserve :0 over the phone.

I started with the same setup, then I traded a car for a full system that had dual 1541s, the Comodore RGB monitor, 1200 baud modem, a color printer
( a Star Micronics 8pin )and a 5 megabyte hard drive!!! ( don't remember who made the hard drive, but I do remember it was a $600 option! )

Well. Not to call you out for your age ...or mine for that matter lol but I never actually had one. I wasn't around until '86, so it was the early 90s before I could even comprehend what it was lol but I remember there was always one on the back of the toilet at my grandmas house lol
